ALITOVE 3.2ft 60 Pixels Addressable RGB LED Strip Light for DIY Project

The ALITOVE WS2812B Individually Addressable LED Strip Light offers a programmable and versatile lighting solution with amazing color effects, flexible design, and adjustable brightness. This LED strip features an upgraded adhesive backing for robust adhesion and durability, as well as individually addressable RGB pixels with 256 gray levels and 16.7 million color options.

The strip operates at a safe low voltage of 5V and consumes 0.25W per LED, with a total power draw of 15W per roll. The LED wavelengths range from 620-625nm for red, 515-525nm for green, and 465-475nm for blue. With 60 LEDs per meter, the strip can be easily cut to the desired length without damaging the rest of the strip.

This LED strip is compatible with a variety of programmable controllers, including Raspberry Pi, Teensy, T1000S, and K1000C, as well as app-controlled SP105E, SP108E, SP110E, SP106E, SP107E, SP501E, and MHCTRWF5V models. The 3-pin JST-SM connectors and separated +5V/GND wires on both ends allow for easy power injection and daisy-chaining of multiple strips.

The flexible FPCB design allows the strip to be bent and shaped to fit your desired application, making it ideal for a wide range of uses, including LED screens, walls, advertising boards, light sculptures, displays, shop windows, bars, nightclubs, streets, sidewalks, decks, parks, porches, staircases, railings, ceilings, and driveways.

When using this LED strip, it's important to power it with a 5V DC power supply, as higher voltages can damage the entire strip. Additionally, if the strip displays a gradual color shift towards orange when set to full white, this is a result of voltage drop, which can be resolved by injecting power at both ends of the strip.

The ALITOVE WS2812B LED strip comes with a 1-meter (3.2-foot) non-waterproof roll and does not include a power supply or controller. However, ALITOVE offers compatible power supplies and controllers that can be purchased separately to create a complete, customizable lighting solution.
